Role Purpose
We are seeking for our renowned Client in UAE a results-driven, sales professional with a proven track record in selling recruitment and staffing solutions. The role is purely revenue-focused, responsible for aggressive business acquisition and development, and consistent achievement of goals.
This position is not delivery-focused—it is for a hunter who thrives on closing deals, building pipelines, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Drive new client acquisition for permanent staffing, contract staffing, executive search, RPO, and bulk hiring solutions
- Identify, qualify, and close mid to large enterprise accounts
- Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure.
Client Engagement
- Understand client hiring needs, budgets, and timelines to position the right staffing solutions
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, SLAs, and payment terms
- Maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Market & Revenue Growth
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks
- Represent the company at networking events and industry forums.
Key Requirements
Experience
- 8–10+ years of sales experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower consulting
- Proven success in B2B sales with consistent target achievement
- Strong experience in GCC & MENA markets preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially sharp with strong business acumen.
