Role Purpose

We are seeking for our renowned Client in UAE a results-driven, sales professional with a proven track record in selling recruitment and staffing solutions. The role is purely revenue-focused, responsible for aggressive business acquisition and development, and consistent achievement of goals.

This position is not delivery-focused—it is for a hunter who thrives on closing deals, building pipelines, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Drive new client acquisition for permanent staffing, contract staffing, executive search, RPO, and bulk hiring solutions
  • Identify, qualify, and close mid to large enterprise accounts
  • Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure.

Client Engagement

  • Understand client hiring needs, budgets, and timelines to position the right staffing solutions
  • Negotiate commercials, contracts, SLAs, and payment terms
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Market & Revenue Growth

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry forums.

Key Requirements

Experience

  • 8–10+ years of sales experience in Recruitment / Staffing / Manpower consulting
  • Proven success in B2B sales with consistent target achievement
  • Strong experience in GCC & MENA markets preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially sharp with strong business acumen.

  • Client retention & repeat business
