Sales Manager [Remote][Canadian Agency]

What you'll do:

• Hit monthly sales target by bringing in new clients
• Own the full sales cycle, outreach, discovery, proposal, close
• Book and run sales calls with Canadian and US prospects

What we need:

• 2+ years in sales, ideally at a digital marketing agency
• Experience selling to Canadian or US clients strongly preferred
• Proven track record hitting monthly revenue targets
• Confident on video calls and comfortable running discovery conversations
• Self-starter who manages their own pipeline without hand-holding
• Results focused and highly driven
