Job Title: Retail Sales Manager– Real Estate

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Real Estate Industry

• Primary Market Sales (New Projects):
• Promote and sell newly launched real estate residential and/or commercial projects from builders or developers.

Secondary Market Sales (Resale Properties):

• Source and list resale properties (residential/commercial) from owners and brokers.
• Maintain an updated database of resale listings with pricing, photos, and documentation.
• Assist clients in property evaluation, negotiation, and final transaction closures.
• Work closely with legal and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of real estate sales lifecycle.
• Knowledge of local market trends (pricing, demand, inventory, etc.).
• Relationship-building skills with customers, brokers, and developers.
• Establish direct relationships with builders and channel partners to access inventory and project information.
• Arrange and conduct site visits for clients and provide thorough project briefings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ongoing and upcoming launches in the city.
• Coordinate with marketing and presales teams to generate and follow up on leads.
