About Us

INC Robotics is a prominent Saudi firm specializing in delivering advanced robotics, artificial intelligence, and automation solutions across diverse sectors, including hospitality, cleaning, logistics, and smart infrastructure. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to spearhead business growth, lead strategic client engagements, and oversee the successful management of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet defined monthly and annual revenue objectives.

- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients, government organizations, and facility management providers.

- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities within AI, robotics, and facility management solutions.

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless progression from prospecting through to deal closure.

- Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and facility management teams to design and deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.

- Oversee post-sales project management, ensuring effective implementation and high levels of client satisfaction.

- Prepare precise sales forecasts, detailed reports, and professional presentations for senior leadership. Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).

- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales management, ideally within the AI, robotics, or facility management industries.

- Solid understanding of project management methodologies.

- Demonstrated background in Facility Management services, operations, or technology solutions.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.

- Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

- An established network of clients within Saudi Arabia is highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
