We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in software sales to help with our expansion in the US market. We have experienced an unprecedented demand for our award-winning cloud solutions with existing association and chamber clients such as Queens Chamber of Commerce, KPMG, The Economist and more; Glue Up has an established network to grow from.
The ideal candidate should have experience leading a team, excellent communication skills, strong coordination ability, a sharp analytical sense, a startup mindset and should be able to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Responsibilities
- Handle complex sales cycle and present the value of our all-in-one cloud solutions to potential customers.
- Follow-up and manage all assigned inbound leads (from lead generation, web inquiries, third parties, etc.).
- Acquire new leads in the region by attending events, networking and building relationships.
- Prepare proposals that speak to the prospect needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Develop a strategic selling approach for each prospect.
- Attend industry functions as assigned and approved by management, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Ability to work under pressure, achieving targets set for 2024 and ongoing growth in the U.S..
- Previous exposure, working experience, and knowledge of local and global associations/ chambers of commerce, and events space is a big plus.
Administration
- Review weekly progress against sales plan and activity plan with senior leadership.
- Ensure own data is accurately entered and managed within CRM.
- Continue to update and re-forecast pipeline throughout the year.
- Contribute to the development of the different kind of RFPs.
- Contribute to all on-going sales and marketing department projects (e.g., change proposal structure, feedback to marketing on lead qualification).
- Cooperate with other departments effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales and proven Manager's positions.
- Experience in the software or events space preferred.
- BA/BS in Business, Economics, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent time management and coordination skills, and ability to manage under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and manage a junior sales team.
- Great oral and written communication in English.
