Sales Manager/ Sales Director - Telecommunications, Africa Countries

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and ambitious professional who is ready to take initiative and create new business opportunities in Africa . Do you enjoy helping customers solve complex challenges? Are you passionate about technology and innovation? Join us as a Sales Manager or Sales Director and play a key role in expanding our presence in the region.This role will be based in Dubai and focused on developing the African market .

Candidate profile

• Higher education degree, preferably in business, marketing, IT, telecommunications or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales
• Strong network of executive-level contacts in the region
• Excellent language skills – English and Arabic required, French is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Your responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients to arrange meetings, demos, and workshops
• Lead the preparation of business proposals in response to RFP and RFI processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers across target industries
• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote Comarch’s expertise and brand
• Coordinate the end-to-end proposal preparation process
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences
• Manage new accounts in the Africa region on a day-to-day basis and act as the voice of the customer within internal structures
