Location: Chennai

Salary: 3.5 Lakh – 8 Lakh per Annum

Exp: 5 - 8 Years

Functional Area: Sales & Business Development

Mandatory:

• Visiting Hospitals and Doctors in person
• Minimum 3 years of experience in selling Medical related products, Capital Equipment or Consumables
• Travel frequently
• Good Market Knowledge
• Good Career Record

Multi languages would be more advantage

Preferred candidate who can join us on immediate basis from Chennai region

Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
• Responsible for driving a sales team for generating and meeting sales objective of the region
• To establish and monitor strong distribution network in the territory
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales target with the sales team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
• The ongoing training of your sales people.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
• Promoting the organization and products
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
