Job Summary
The Sales Manager – Scaffolding is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key accounts, and expanding the company’s scaffolding rental and sales business. The role focuses on client acquisition, project tendering, strategic partnerships, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow scaffolding rental and sale business.

Manage key clients including contractors, developers, infrastructure and industrial companies.

Identify new market opportunities and convert leads into long-term business.

Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and pricing agreements.

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams for smooth project execution and billing.

Handle project tenders and build strong relationships with consultants and project managers.

Track competitors, market pricing, and industry trends.

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports.

Lead, guide, and motivate sales team members if applicable.
Key Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in scaffolding sales or rental industry.

Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and construction/rental market.

Proven record of achieving sales targets in B2B environment.

Experience in contractor, infrastructure, and industrial project sales.

Excellent negotiation and client management skills.

Strong communication, reporting, and presentation abilities.

Valid Oman driving license is preferred.
