Sales Manager - Security services

Our client is a UK based Security and Facilities Management company. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to grow new business within the security and cleaning industry. The primary focus of this role is generating new clients, building strong industry relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the security and cleaning sectors
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on new client acquisition
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, and industry partners
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations
• Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and growth objectives

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record of winning new business in the security and/or cleaning industry
• Strong industry network and ability to open doors quickly
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, commercially focused, and target-driven
