Sales Manager - Software and Custom Solutions

Location: Remote / College Road, Township, Lahore
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MST – USA Time Zone)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our software development and custom technology solutions. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and working closely with technical content writers to strengthen lead generation and conversion efforts.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B IT sales, understands custom software services, and can lead both strategy and execution to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities for software development and custom IT services
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic partners
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical content writers to produce sales-driven materials (case studies, proposals, whitepapers, blogs, presentations, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure messaging aligns with client needs and market positioning
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client requirements
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics
  • Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and relevant industry forums

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within software development, IT services, or custom technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of web, mobile, cloud, and custom software development services
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with technical content writers and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling custom software solutions to international clients
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
  • Understanding of content-driven sales strategies and inbound lead generation
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring sales or content teams
