Responsibilities:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals and increase market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and industry events.
Exceed required team target expectations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
Analyse sales metrics and performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to the executive team.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity, informing strategic decisions.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns and product launches.
Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve objectives.
Knowledge, Skill & Ability:
Sales Expertise, Leadership, Negotiation Skills, Problem-Solving, Time Management, Technical Aptitude, Customer Focus, Adaptability, Team Collaboration.
Education:
Minimum 16 years of Education - Engineering (Electrical) Background Preferred
