About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the coffee industry to lead sales growth, develop new business channels, and drive revenue across multiple segments. The ideal candidate will come from well-known coffee brands or specialty coffee chains and must have a solid understanding of coffee operations, B2B sales, partnerships, and market trends in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all channels (B2B, corporate, wholesale, and partnerships).
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate clients, offices, hotels, and retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Present brand offerings, coffee programs, and service packages to potential customers.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and share regular reports with management.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Drive brand visibility and expansion by engaging with new sales channels and revenue streams.
- Represent the brand in events, exhibitions, and business meetings when needed.
- Train and guide the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in sales within the coffee industry, preferably from well-known brands such as Starbucks, Dunkin’, Costa Coffee, Half Million, Address Coffee, or similar specialty coffee chains.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of coffee products, café operations, and market dynamics in KSA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and manage key accounts effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of sales metrics, CRM tools, and reporting.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia with knowledge of the local F&B and coffee market.
