Taskeen is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Sales Manager & Team Leader to lead our property‑sales organization. Drawing on your extensive experience and sharp business acumen, you will set the strategic sales direction, mentor a high‑performing team, and ensure we consistently surpass ambitious revenue targets. Your role spans the full sales cycle—from market analysis and forecasting to deal closure—while fostering lasting client partnerships and positioning Taskeen ahead of emerging real‑estate trends.

Requirements

3+ years of proven success in real‑estate sales, consistently exceeding targets

Demonstrated excellence as a sales manager driving team performance

Expertise in managing the full sales process from strategic planning to closure

Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of the real‑estate industry

Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels

Proven ability to mentor, coach, and motivate teams to achieve objectives

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
