Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new business for Technical, Leadership, HSE and Soft Skills training programs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with corporate clients, industry associations, and educational institutions.
- Continuously refine sales strategies based on market feedback and customer needs.
Market Development – Sindh Focus
- Expand TUV Austria’s training market across Karachi and other Sindh cities, creating sustainable revenue streams.
- Build strong networks with local industries, professional bodies, and corporate decision-makers to enhance brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to understand training requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Present complete training program details, negotiate proposals, and close sales effectively.
Promotion & Networking
- Represent TUV Austria at industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to promote training services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional materials and campaigns for the Sindh market.
Reporting & CRM
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate client records, proposals, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system.
Travel Requirements
- Based in Karachi, with regular travel across Sindh & Baluchistan province for client meetings, industry events, and training promotions may have to travel to Lahore or other regions as per requirement.
- All travel expenses will be covered by the company.
Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
