Wakanow is Africa’s leading travel company, providing seamless travel solutions across B2C and B2B markets. With our strong presence in Dubai, we are expanding our reach and seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the UAE travel industry to drive revenue growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with deep knowledge of the UAE travel market. The ideal candidate will have strong connections within both B2C and B2B segments, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build and sustain profitable partnerships. This role offers a base salary + attractive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue across B2C and B2B channels in the UAE.
  • Identify and onboard new corporate clients, travel partners, and distribution networks.
  • Drive consumer sales through effective campaigns, upselling, and customer relationship management.
  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless travel solutions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the travel/tourism sector within the UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in both B2C and B2B segments.
  • Strong network of corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry contacts in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.

Experience:

  • Sales experience in the travel sector: 5 years (Required)

Language:

  • Hindi or Urdu (Preferred)
