Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Train and support sales staff on products, sales techniques, and customer handling.

Monitor daily sales performance and ensure continuous improvement in conversion rates.

Oversee customer interactions (calls, inquiries, follow-ups) to maintain service quality.

Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate booking, documentation, and service delivery.

Coordinate with Marketing to align promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.

Analyze sales reports, trends, and team KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.

Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and service standards.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales; experience in travel, holidays, ticketing, or hotels is preferred.

Strong knowledge of travel products (holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations).

Proven experience in a sales leadership or team supervision role.

Solid B2B sales approach; experience working with travel agents is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans.

Target-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
