We are hiring a Sales Manager for our truck dispatching team. Must have experience in logistics or carrier sales with strong leadership skills. Responsible for driving sales, managing agents, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a results-driven leader ready to grow with a fast-expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
- Monitor agent performance, call quality, and closing ratios
- Develop sales strategies to increase carrier and owner-operator accounts
- Coach team members on negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Ensure strong client relationship management and retention
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to improve service quality
- Recruit and onboard new sales representatives when needed
- Maintain a competitive, motivated, and target-driven sales culture
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, truck dispatching, freight brokerage, or transportation sales
- Proven experience managing sales teams in a call center or logistics environment
- Strong leadership and performance management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Experience handling carriers, owner-operators, or trucking clients
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets
- CRM and reporting experience preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented mindset
