Sales Manager - Truck Dispatch

We are hiring a Sales Manager for our truck dispatching team. Must have experience in logistics or carrier sales with strong leadership skills. Responsible for driving sales, managing agents, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a results-driven leader ready to grow with a fast-expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
  • Monitor agent performance, call quality, and closing ratios
  • Develop sales strategies to increase carrier and owner-operator accounts
  • Coach team members on negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Ensure strong client relationship management and retention
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to improve service quality
  • Recruit and onboard new sales representatives when needed
  • Maintain a competitive, motivated, and target-driven sales culture

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, truck dispatching, freight brokerage, or transportation sales
  • Proven experience managing sales teams in a call center or logistics environment
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Experience handling carriers, owner-operators, or trucking clients
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets
  • CRM and reporting experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented mindset
