W. Ulrich GmbH is a German, family-owned company with more than 90 years of experience in B2B raw materials for cosmetics, food and pharmaceutical industries. Under our brand Oilrich®, we develop and supply high-performance cosmetic oils and functional formulations to manufacturers worldwide.


We are now starting our commercial activities in Turkey and are looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales Manager Turkey to build our presence in the local personal care market.

Your Role


You will be the first commercial representative of W. Ulrich in Turkey and play a key role in developing the market from the ground up.

This is an operational sales role with real responsibility and direct visibility to the CEO in Germany.


You will:

  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers in the Turkish cosmetics industry
  • Develop and manage relationships with selected distributors
  • Promote our portfolio of vegetable oils and functional blends (Oilrich®)
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Conduct regular customer visits across Turkey
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
  • Work closely with our teams in Germany and Spain on pricing, supply chain and product topics
  • Contribute to shaping the local go-to-market strategy


In the initial phase, you will operate independently as the first commercial person in Turkey, with full support from our international team.

Your Profile


We are looking for a commercially driven professional who wants to take the next step in their career.


You likely:

  • Have 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in cosmetic ingredients, personal care raw materials, or specialty chemicals
  • Currently work as a Sales Executive, Account Manager or similar role and are ready for more ownership
  • Know the Turkish cosmetics manufacturing landscape
  • Enjoy acquiring new customers and developing long-term partnerships
  • Think commercially and understand margins, pricing and profitability
  • Work independently and take responsibility
  • Speak Turkish (native level) and English (professional level)
  • Are based in Istanbul and willing to travel within Turkey


Experience with cosmetic oils, functional blends or formulation-related products is a strong advantage.
