Are you a sales leader who thrives on driving results while mentoring a high-performing team? goFLUENT is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Turkish market. You’ll combine your own B2B sales expertise with team leadership, coaching, and development to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

  • Own your territory as an Account Executive: prospect, qualify, and close deals in the Turkish market.


  • Build consultative relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, challenging conventional learning approaches and demonstrating goFLUENT’s business impact.


  • Develop compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate ROI for clients.


  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales executives, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.


  • Set team targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching to achieve ambitious sales goals.


  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to close high-potential deals.


  • Represent goFLUENT at events and exhibitions, and travel to client sites as needed.


What You’ll Need

  • 3-5 years experience in B2B sales and at least 2 years leading a sales team.


  • Proven ability to develop, motivate, and grow a team of sales professionals.


  • Strong consultative selling skills, comfortable engaging with senior managers and C-suite executives.


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.


  • Proactive, personable, and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


  • Familiarity with social selling and LinkedIn for business development.


  • SaaS or international experience is a plus.


  • Experience in Training, e-Learning, or HR services is advantageous.


  • Minimum B2 English level.


  • Bilingual/Native in Turkish.
