We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – US Construction Estimation
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who can not only close deals but also build, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team in the construction estimation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
- Assign leads and monitor individual/team performance
- Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Conduct and supervise calls with US-based clients
- Develop winning sales strategies and closing techniques
- Review proposals, support negotiations, and close key deals
- Track KPIs, conversions, and revenue performance
- Maintain CRM discipline and reporting standards
- Coordinate with estimation and operations teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales + team management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Excellent English communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience working with US clients
- Construction/estimation industry knowledge (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
