Sales Manager ( Veterinary )

Responsible for maximizing the sales, crafting sales plans effectively and presenting plans to the upper management.

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Contribute to the objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Executives
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Create a motivating environment for the team and provide developmental assistance needed to achieve their targets and progress

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Veterinarian Medicine, B. Pharma or related field
Experience : Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in related field
