Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team of Visa Immigration Consultants. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven success in a Sales Manager role, with strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Business Setup division to identify and explore new opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze team performance; prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Conduct sales training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and visa processing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in a Sales Manager role.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and client relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to regulatory and market changes.
