Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team of Visa Immigration Consultants. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven success in a Sales Manager role, with strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Business Setup division to identify and explore new opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance; prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Conduct sales training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and visa processing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in a Sales Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to regulatory and market changes.
