We are seeking a candidate of high caliber who can take ownership of the entire sales function.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the markets, increase sales volume, and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the entire sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
- Key Account Management: Directly manage relationships with major clients, negotiating high-value contracts and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the department's budget, forecast sales, and take full responsibility for the sales division's performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitive activity, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in sales management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the water distribution sector (water/beverage experience highly valuable), or FMCG.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead large sales teams, exceptional negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of sales target planning and reporting.
- Track Record: Proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets and successfully scaling a sales operation.
