Full job description
We're growing fast and we're looking for a high performing Sales Manager to lead our Off Plan/Secondary division and take our sales operations to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, manage, and grow a team of property consultants focused on off-plan or secondary properties.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, tenant developers, brokers, and investors.
Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and pricing movements in the off-plan sector
Conduct team training, sales briefings, and performance reviews
Represent the company at launches, exhibitions, and real estate roadshows
Track KPIs, manage pipelines, and report performance to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of real estate sales experience
Proven track record of team leadership and exceeding targets
Strong network of developers, brokers and investors
Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
Real estate license (preferred)
