Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, people-loving Sales Manager/Coach to join our team part-time, in person. This role is all about growing our studio through sales while leading fun, dynamic, and results-driven workouts on the training floor. If you can sell with confidence and coach with passion, you’re exactly who we’re looking for!

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Community Engagement

• Drive studio growth by converting leads into members through calls, texts, and in-person interactions.
• Build lasting relationships with members to support retention, referrals, and overall satisfaction.
• Consistently track sales pipeline and meet/exceed membership goals.
• Support studio events, community outreach, and F45 challenges.

Coaching & Member Experience

• Lead heart-pounding, calorie-torching F45 training sessions like a boss.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that makes even plank-haters excited to hit the gym.
• Provide personalized coaching and feedback to help clients crush their goals.
• Be the go-to expert on all things fitness and wellness for our F45 family.
• Demonstrate and complete every exercise with proper form, while offering progressions and regressions to ensure safety.
• Set up, break down, clean, and store away equipment before and after class to keep the studio in top shape.

Qualifications

• Prior sales, fitness, or customer service experience (fitness sales experience is a big plus).
• Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for both fitness and community building.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Certified personal trainer or group fitness instructor (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or similar) preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication, motivational, and leadership skills.

What We Offer

• $17.50 - $19.00/hour for sales/admin time.
• $22.50 - $32.00/class for coaching time.
• Commission opportunity for booking and selling leads.
• 15-20 total hours/week.
