We are urgently looking for Sales Manager for one of the Food Ingredient Company at Delhi location.

Position - Sales Manager
Location - Delhi, Mumbai
Experience - 5 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow B2B customer accounts by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Drive new business development through concept selling and a strong project pipeline.
  • Implement sales strategies aligned with market segmentation, pricing, and positioning.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to stay competitive.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience, leading to satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to co-create solutions and launch innovative ingredients.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven B2B sales experience within the food / ingredients industry.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to introduce new products and concepts and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in managing top-level and mid-level customer accounts across multiple food segments.
