We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

• Proven 3+ experience in sales and team management
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
