Scope of work:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve / exceed annual quota targets.
2. Primary focus is on business development, developing a strategy and sales plan to address the designated accounts. Account planning and opportunity planning of targeted accounts.
3. Builds and executes a sales strategy with a clear focus on maximizing revenue.
4. Develop strong relationships in prospect and existing customers with actively understanding each customers' requirements, strategic growth plans.
5. Accountable for building relationships, defining customer needs and match with GRG Banking solutions. Serving as the liaison between the customer and GRG Banking for customer escalating any roadblocks to securing the business.
6. Deploy, direct, and execute winning sales opportunities; Effectively advise customers through consultative selling techniques; manage and update the sales opportunities through CRM. Analyze creation of solution offer and proposal development.
7. Manage sales projects and control the selling process.
8. Communicate and coordinate with other departments and headquarters for the resource's assignment and project planning. Utilize team members including post-sale delivery professional, pre-sale technical professionals, and management to achieve business objectives.
9. Qualifying & manage leads and prioritizing opportunities.
10. Maintaining an understanding of competitive activity relevant to sector.
11. Provide foresight recommendation for future development, such as new market development, new product design.
Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above.
2. Minimum 5 years experience selling technology solutions to the Financial Services Industry, ATM related experienced will be preferred.
3. Demonstrated ability to close US$ multi-million value deals.
4. Proven success in high quota carrying position.
5. Customer-oriented approach.
6. Awareness and knowledge about digital banking, payment systems and banking services.
7. Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, problem solving and dealing skills.
8. Good at building relationship at all levels includes C-Levels at leading financial institutions in Turkey. Wide and good connection with top managements of Turkish banks preferred;
9. Extended experience in direct and channel sales and customer relationship development & management; Experience about strong negotiation and aggressive sales skills with financial segment customers .
10. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
11. Ability to work under pressure.
12. No military obligation for male candidates.
13. Based in Istanbul. Have Driving License.
14. Excellent communication skills both in English and Turkish.
