Sales Manager/Patient Care Coordinator

We’re hiring!

I’m looking for a high-level operator + sales-minded assistant to step into a key role within a growing aesthetic practice. This space is built on intention, presence, and elevated client care. I’m seeking someone who naturally embodies a grounded, feminine energy—someone who is warm, intuitive, detail-oriented, and also confident in sales and communication. You’ll play a direct role in client experience, sales, and the overall flow and growth of the practice.

The role:
– In-clinic support (~24 hours/week)
– Sales + client experience management
– Operational support and organization
– Social media awareness + marketing support
– Additional remote flexibility as needed

What I’m looking for:
– Proven sales experience
– A confident, polished communicator
– Strong emotional intelligence + attention to detail
– Proactive, organized, and self-led
– Someone who values creating a calm, elevated, and welcoming environment
– Interest in aesthetics, wellness, and client experience

Details:
– 25–30 hours/week to start, with room to grow
– $25–30/hour based on experience
– Flexible schedule + partial remote work
– Bonus opportunities + skincare commission
– Consistent earning potential, even when the nurse is out
