Job Title: Sales Executive – Adventure Tourism

Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our adventure tourism activities, including balloon rides, desert safaris, and related services. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Promote and sell adventure products to individual and corporate clients.
• Develop partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, and online platforms.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in professionally.
• Provide accurate information on packages, pricing, and services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Marketing & Promotion

• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions and social media activities.
• Gather customer feedback for improvement.

4. Operations Coordination

• Coordinate booking schedules and customer requirements with the operations team.
• Ensure accurate and timely booking confirmations.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and daily activity logs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
