Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Identify high-potential segments (industrial, commercial, institutional, utility, government).
  • Forecast monthly/quarterly sales and plan resource allocation.

2. Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Conduct weekly reviews and ensure effective lead management.

3. Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities through partnerships, channels, and direct outreach.
  • Expand networks with consultants, architects, builders, and industry associations.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and government meetings.

4. Key Account Management

  • Build and manage relationships with high-value clients and strategic accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and coordinate internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure customer retention and repeat business.

5. Proposal & Tender Management

  • Oversee the preparation of techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and project costing.
  • Evaluate tenders, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure timely submission.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, contracts, and pricing.

6. Deal Closure & Revenue Growth

  • Lead major negotiation discussions with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure timely closure of deals and hand over to the project execution team.
  • Drive profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.

7. Coordination with Internal Departments

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to create optimal project solutions.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from sales to project execution.
  • Resolve escalations quickly to maintain client trust.

8. Market & Policy Intelligence

  • Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
  • Stay updated on solar policies, DISCOM regulations, subsidies, and government tenders.
  • Identify market risks and propose mitigation strategies.

9. CRM, Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and client communications.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for senior management.
  • Ensure documentation for compliance, contracts, and approvals is in order.

10. Post-Sales Support

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups during project execution.
  • Support resolution of issues and payment collection as needed.
  • Build strong long-term client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
