Job Summary:

To drive business growth by promoting clinic/hospital services, developing client relationships, generating leads, and coordinating marketing activities, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and building brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify, approach, and establish tie-ups with corporates, doctors, referral partners, and community groups.
  • Generate leads and convert them into new patient registrations or service utilization.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, patients, and referral partners.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, medical camps, and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain and expand the client database, ensuring accurate lead tracking and reporting.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote services through digital and offline platforms.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share updates with management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and recommend strategies for business growth.
  • Represent the clinic/hospital in external events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Any degree
  • 3–5 years in sales & marketing (preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital sector are welcome).
  • Male candidates are preferred.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
