About Us

Symphony Advertising helps local businesses grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Web Design. We work with service-based businesses across the U.S., generating leads that turn into long-term growth. We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Digital Marketing Associate who can help us bring in new clients and support advertising campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Sales & Client Growth
• Respond to inbound leads (many from social media and referrals) and guide them through our sales process.
• Run discovery calls to understand client needs, explain our packages, and close new business.
• Follow up with warm prospects and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
• Work with the leadership team to hit monthly sales goals.

Marketing Support (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

• Collaborate with our ad specialists to help set up and optimize campaigns.
• Assist in creating ad copy, targeting ideas, and campaign reporting.
• Learn best practices for paid ads (we’ll train you) and help with execution where needed.
• Communicate campaign results and insights to clients when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
• Comfortable talking to small business owners and explaining marketing in simple terms.
• Interest or some experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (we’ll provide training/support).
• Organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple conversations at once.
• Strong communication skills (written + verbal).

Compensation

• Base: $38K–$45K
• Commission: 10–15% of new client’s first month (or a flat $250–$500 per new client signed, depending on package).
