Job Overview:

In this role, you will represent En Gold's values and vision while contributing to the growth of the business. You will handle both in-person and online customer interactions, support trade clients, and play a key role in achieving sales targets and maintaining En Gold's high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

· Sales & Reporting: Achieve sales growth by meeting and exceeding key performance metrics. Provide regular sales reporting and insights to the team.

· Client Engagement: Cater to online sales inquiries from clients across the USA and provide exceptional service to in-person gallery clients.

· Trade Support: Review, approve, and assist Architecture & Design (A&D) Trade Clients while nurturing relationships within this key market.

· Customer Relationships: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with En Gold’s offerings.

· Brand Representation: Embody and communicate En Gold’s aesthetic and ethos in all interactions, maintaining the brand's authenticity and vision.

· Passion for Interiors: Have a deep appreciation for interior design and craftsmanship, ensuring customers resonate with En Gold’s unique aesthetic.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the furniture, design, or retail industry.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse client base.

· Experience with sales reporting, achieving growth metrics and handling trade client processes.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple client inquiries.

· A strong understanding of interior design principles and a personal alignment with the En Gold aesthetic.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your performance will be evaluated based on the following KPIs:

Sales & Revenue Performance

· Monthly Sales Targets – Achieve or exceed designated revenue targets on a monthly basis.

· Average Order Value – Maintain or increase the average spend per customer transaction.

· Sales Growth Rate – Track percentage increase in sales over time, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

· Upsell & Cross-Sell Rate – Measure effectiveness in recommending additional or complementary products.

Customer Engagement & Satisfaction

· Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) – Gather post-purchase survey responses to assess overall satisfaction.

· Customer Retention Rate – Monitor repeat customer purchases and loyalty metrics.

· Response Time to Inquiries – Measure the average time taken to respond to online and in-store customer inquiries.

· Resolution Time for Customer Issues – Track how efficiently customer concerns are addressed and resolved.

· Net Promoter Score (NPS) – Evaluate customer likelihood of recommending En Gold to others.

Showroom Presentation & Product Knowledge

· Showroom Presentation Score – Maintain high visual and organizational standards in the showroom, as evaluated through periodic assessments.

· Product Knowledge Score – Demonstrate expertise in furniture materials, styles, and trends

· Customer Education Engagement – Effectively educate customers on product care, styling tips, and En Gold’s brand philosophy.

Commission & Bonus Structure

To promote a collaborative team effort in working towards company goals, En Gold offers a performance-based commission structure:

  • Commission Rate: 5% of net product sales from manually entered orders.
  • Team-Based Distribution: The commission is shared amongst the team based on hours worked within the month.
  • Eligibility: Commission payouts are conditional on meeting the monthly sales target.
  • Additional Bonus: A $50 En Gold gift voucher will be awarded when a team member is specifically mentioned in a 5-star customer review.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
