We’re looking for ambitious Sales & Marketing Associate who are ready to drive admissions and help more students benefit from iQuest’s proven programs.

What You’ll Do

• Drive student enrollments by executing sales and marketing activities across Patiala and nearby regions.
• Conduct school visits, tutor/tuition center visits and house visits to generate leads and build brand presence.
• Counsel students and parents about iQuest courses and programs.
• Plan and support seminars, workshops and promotional events in schools and local communities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools and local influencers.
• Consistently achieve and exceed admission targets.
• Maintain records of leads, visits and conversions and share weekly progress reports.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in sales/marketing (education industry preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, convincing and presentation skills.
• Strong drive to meet targets with a growth mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally (Patiala & nearby areas).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any relevant stream.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
