Sales & Marketing Associate Starting @ $40k
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role plays a key part in promoting our clients’ entertainment centers, driving customer engagement, and increasing foot traffic. The position supports both marketing initiatives and group sales efforts, working cross-functionally with internal teams, local venue teams, and external partners to execute impactful programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Group Event Sales: Support group event sales efforts by collaborating with sales teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that drive group bookings.
· Sales Support: Collaborate with group sales teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns that drive group bookings and event revenue.
· Competitive Analysis: Conduct event and group sales competitive analyses for new venue openings and ongoing benchmarking.
· Event Software Setup & Management: Assist with setup and maintenance of event management platforms (e.g., Tripleseat), including menu formatting, templates, reporting, and booking configurations.
· Training & Implementation: Provide remote and/or on-site support and training for event software and booking processes.
· Event Standards & Procurement: Support development and implementation of event décor standards and coordinate procurement with local teams.
· On-Site Event Training: Participate in and help facilitate event and banquet training for new venue openings or as needed.
· Creative & Collateral Support: Adapt and format event-related marketing materials for various channels and venue needs.
· File & Asset Management: Organize and distribute event-related assets and maintain up-to-date documentation for teams and partners.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· –3 years of experience in marketing, events, or related fields (entertainment, hospitality, or retail) preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
· Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) platforms such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Canva, Basecamp, Google Workspace, WordPress, Adentro, Tripleseat, etc.
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Knowledge of SEO, local search optimization, and Google Analytics is a plus.
· Willingness and ability to travel to support new venue openings, on-site trainings, campaign launches, and event execution.
