Sales & Marketing Associate (Male).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.

2.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

3.Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, promotions, and pricing.

4.Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

5.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns courteously.

6.Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays.

7.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1.Minimum 3years of experience as a Sales Associate, Retail Salesperson, or similar role.

2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3.Strong customer service orientation.

4.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
