Almahri Logistics co. a leading and growing logistics company specialising in comprehensive logistics solutions in Kingdom having office in Ash Shatie business Centre, Dammam is looking for the right skilled candidate for the position below:

Sales/Marketing Coordinator

Ideal candidate should have strong communication in English/Arabic and experience in front end sales and marketing with secretarial practice.

Preferably from Logistics background or familiar with shipping/transportation/ industry.

Principal Accountability:

Daily cold calls, emails and messages for sales/marketing by Making targeted cold calls and send personalised emails to potential customers.

Manage sales data, report, and prepare sales marketing schedules.

Research, identify, and qualify new prospects, determining if they fit the target profile.

Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and physical mail, directing them to appropriate departments or personnel.

Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between internal departments (sales, warehouse, procurement, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, shipping lines, government entities).

Provide daily/weekly reports on activities, results, and market feedback.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, necessary materials, and taking detailed minutes.

Follow up on action items and decisions made in meetings to ensure timely completion.

Work with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and campaigns.

Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them to the department concerned when appropriate.

Skills

Well fluency in English & Arabic (Speaking, Reading & Writing)

MS Office, Excel, Power Point & Supply Chain Module.

In hand on social media and marketing tools and good internet awareness.

knowledge will be value added and weighted advantage.

Team player & Handles work pressure efficiently.

Punctuality in tasks and well-behaved approach.

Please note that this is an entry/mid-level role so candidates with higher experience & salary expectation should refrain from applying.

Must be available locally in Saudi Arabia with sponsorship and valid Iqama.
