Almahri Logistics co. a leading and growing logistics company specialising in comprehensive logistics solutions in Kingdom having office in Ash Shatie business Centre, Dammam is looking for the right skilled candidate for the position below:Sales/Marketing CoordinatorIdeal candidate should have strong communication in English/Arabic and experience in front end sales and marketing with secretarial practice.Preferably from Logistics background or familiar with shipping/transportation/ industry.Principal Accountability:Daily cold calls, emails and messages for sales/marketing by Making targeted cold calls and send personalised emails to potential customers.Manage sales data, report, and prepare sales marketing schedules.Research, identify, and qualify new prospects, determining if they fit the target profile.Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and physical mail, directing them to appropriate departments or personnel.Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between internal departments (sales, warehouse, procurement, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, shipping lines, government entities).Provide daily/weekly reports on activities, results, and market feedback.Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, necessary materials, and taking detailed minutes.Follow up on action items and decisions made in meetings to ensure timely completion.Work with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and campaigns.Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them to the department concerned when appropriate.SkillsWell fluency in English &amp; Arabic (Speaking, Reading &amp; Writing)MS Office, Excel, Power Point &amp; Supply Chain Module.In hand on social media and marketing tools and good internet awareness.knowledge will be value added and weighted advantage.Team player &amp; Handles work pressure efficiently.Punctuality in tasks and well-behaved approach.Notes:Please note that this is an entry/mid-level role so candidates with higher experience &amp; salary expectation should refrain from applying.Must be available locally in Saudi Arabia with sponsorship and valid Iqama.Available to join in very short notice.Interested candidate fulfilling above requirement, please share your latest CV on below emailcontact@almahrilogistics.saJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month

Sales Marketing Coordiator

Almahri Logistics co. a leading and growing logistics company specialising in comprehensive logistics solutions in Kingdom having office in Ash Shatie business Centre, Dammam is looking for the right skilled candidate for the position below:Logistics Operation CoordinatorIdeal candidate should have basic communication in English/Arabic and experience in logistics industry in Saudi Arabia. Should have minimum 3 years practical exposure in land transportation, custom clearance, storage and handling, freight forwarding etc. in Saudi Arabia.Strictly from Logistics background and familiar with shipping/transportation/ industry.Principal Accountability:Plan and oversee logistics operations, scheduling transport, routes, and deliveries, liaising with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and carriers.Issuing POs to the clearing agent/transporters and local suppliers for services &amp; another administrative item.Coordinating with In-Kingdom Transporters &amp; other logistics services providers in getting the quotes.Coordination with the clearing agent/transporter to get the shipments cleared immediately upon arrival at the port and have it delivered to the nominated sites/warehouse.Maintaining clear track/record &amp; updates and managing the documents efficiently.Processing of supplier payment for clearing agent, Transportation and other services.Negotiate with suppliers/carriers for best rates and service and communicate updates to stakeholders.Monitoring of all ongoing projects/jobs and plan forecast.Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and clients to ensure smooth operations.Work collaboratively with clients and third parties and all concerned teams.Monitor quotation and customer performance, including tenders.Provide clear handover information to Customer Service.Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to track shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any related issues.Prepare necessary documentation/compliance for shipments, adhering to compliance regulations.Produce logistics reports, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency.SkillsStrong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving.Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions.Team player &amp; Handles work pressure efficientlyPunctuality in tasks and well-behaved approach.Notes:Only logistics operation background candidates will be considered.Must be available locally in Saudi Arabia with sponsorship and valid Iqama.Available to join in very short notice.Interested and qualified candidates, please share your latest resume on below email (no calls strictly)contact@almahrilogistics.saJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
