Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator with a strong focus on Digital Marketing. The role primarily involves managing the company’s online presence, supporting digital campaigns, maintaining the website, and creating marketing materials, while also handling sales coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing (Primary Focus)

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing activities to support company sales and brand visibility.
• Manage and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads, and analyze basic performance metrics.
• Maintain and regularly update the company website, including content editing and basic revisions.
• Create and edit marketing visuals and short videos using Canva and CapCut.
• Support design work with basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Prepare brochures and other marketing materials as required, and coordinate with printing press vendors for production and delivery.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.

Sales & Coordination Support

• Arrange, draft, and send emails related to sales inquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support lead management and documentation.
• Handle registration and follow-up processes with major / key companies as required.
• Assist in preparing sales-related reports and coordination documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
