Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and corporate clients.
  • Explain course details, program benefits, and institute offerings in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into successful registrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to improve advertising performance and lead quality.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in events, workshops, and promotional activities when required.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent fluency in English (spoken ).
  • Strong convincing and communication skills over the phone.
  • Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, or service sector preferred.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
