Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and corporate clients.
- Explain course details, program benefits, and institute offerings in a clear and convincing manner.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into successful registrations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve advertising performance and lead quality.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in events, workshops, and promotional activities when required.
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent fluency in English (spoken ).
- Strong convincing and communication skills over the phone.
- Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, or service sector preferred.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
