Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by promoting and selling the company’s industrial automation, process cooling, HVAC, instrumentation, and smart communication solutions through effective client acquisition, relationship management, and market development.
The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing existing clients, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and supporting the execution of turnkey engineering projects while representing the company professionally in the industrial market.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales

Identify and develop new clients in industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Textile, FMCG, Power, Cement, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals, and Manufacturing.

Promote company products and solutions including automation systems, chillers, HVAC, instrumentation, and smart communication systems.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents in coordination with engineering and technical teams.

Negotiate commercial terms and support closing of sales orders and contracts.
Marketing & Market Intelligence

Develop and implement marketing strategies for company products and services.

Conduct market research to identify competitors, pricing trends, and new opportunities.

Maintain company presence on professional platforms (LinkedIn, website, brochures, presentations).

Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to promote company solutions.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.

Ensure customer satisfaction through proper coordination with technical and after-sales teams

Handle client queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.

Maintain customer database and sales pipeline records.
Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for timely execution of orders.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Maintain proper documentation of proposals, contracts, and correspondence as per company and ISO/QMS procedures.
Required Skills & Qualities:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

Minimum
3 – 6 years of experience
in sales & marketing of industrial, engineering, or technical products.

Experience in industrial automation, HVAC, chillers, instrumentation, or engineering solutions will be strongly preferred.
Required Skills & Qualities:

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients in simple terms.

Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Professional attitude and strong customer service mindset.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
