Sales Engineer - Male Only
Any Graduate (UG/PG) with 2 to 6 years of experience in the following functions is required.
- Should possess a strong understanding of long, technical, and relationship-driven B2B sales cycles.
- Proactively engage with potential customers through phone calls and email communication.
- Respond to incoming inquiries related to products, pricing, and availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations tailored to customer needs.
- Process sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Maintain and update customer information and interactions in CRM systems.
- Monitor and track sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline progress.
- Emphasize solution-based selling by addressing customer-specific challenges rather than just product features (e.g., filtration systems).
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders such as procurement heads, plant managers, and industry consultants.
- Hands-on experience in preparing technical proposals, participating in techno-commercial discussions, and engaging in tender processes.
- Prior exposure to pumps, valves, or other process industry equipment is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing integration, and MIS reporting is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Hindi and additional regional languages is advantageous, particularly for oil sector clients.
