Position Objective:
- To understand the technical aspects of the products and services offered by the company.
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.
Requirements:
- Min. 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role.
- Engineering degree in Instrumentation/ Mechanical or relevant.
- Good knowledge technical products and services.
- Ability to build and customer relationship.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- To understand the details of products and services offered by Kleev.
- To work closely with sales team (inside) and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular contacts, identify and obtain further sales & business development opportunities.
- Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of contract documents.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients.
- Communicate and collaborate with the engineering team to customize products and services based on customer’s requirement
- Assist in preparation of proposals, quotes and technical documents for sales pitches.
- Provide post-sales support to customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
Authority:
- Identify potential customers and collaborate with internal team to understand possibilities of product customization.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
