Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive who will be responsible for building partnerships with schools and colleges, generating qualified leads, and converting them into admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking, and persuasion skills with a passion for the education and creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote Apex Multimedia’s courses.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to create awareness about our programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, HODs, placement officers, and student communities.
• Generate qualified leads through direct visits, campaigns, and referral networks.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets through effective sales conversion.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional materials (brochures, posters, WhatsApp campaigns, etc.).
• Track leads, maintain CRM data, and report daily/weekly activities to management.
• Represent Apex Multimedia at career fairs, exhibitions, and student events.
• Provide counseling to students and parents regarding course options and career opportunities.
• Stay updated with competitors’ offerings and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively to schools and colleges.
• Basic knowledge of design/animation/IT education is an added advantage.
