We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work while providing an opportunity to contribute directly to business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, bid, and secure projects through online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Physically visit client locations, when required, to build relationships and close deals.
  • Draft, customize, and submit persuasive proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Nurture and convert existing leads by maintaining consistent follow-ups.
  • Deliver professional, courteous, and consultative communication with potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to understand service offerings and craft accurate proposals.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to bidding success, sales conversions, and revenue.
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare reports on lead status, and update sales pipeline regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of IT services, web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Ability to handle client queries, build rapport, and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to hybrid work culture.
  • Prior experience in online bidding or IT sales will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,461.33 - ₹15,000.46 per month
