About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth for our IT services. The role involves handling LinkedIn & email marketing, online bidding on Upwork, and executing regular marketing activities to generate leads and build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage LinkedIn and email marketing.
Identify and bid on relevant projects via Upwork and similar platforms.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote IT services.
Build and maintain client relationships to support business growth.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and marketing targets.

Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in LinkedIn/email marketing & online bidding.
Knowledge of IT services marketing preferred.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jodhpur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
