Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our portfolio of services, including AI training, oil & gas technical training, and corporate development programs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and industry stakeholders
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents (with a focus on ADNOC and Government tenders)
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to align training delivery with client requirements
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing and sales within the training/consultancy industry (UAE market experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC vendor registration, government tendering, and proposal submission
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
