Sales & Marketing Executive

  • Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales CSRs to join our team. The role involves engaging with customers, generating leads, and closing sales while providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Explain products/services to potential customers.
  • Generate and convert leads into successful sales or appointments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/CSR role (preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage is a plus).
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset.

Salary: PKR 20,000 – 30,000 (based on experience) + Incentives
