The Sales & Marketing Executive plays a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, promoting software products, and executing marketing strategies. This position combines both sales and marketing responsibilities to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and close sales in a competitive software market.
Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and approach potential B2B client for software solutions.
· Conduct product demos, presentations, and online meetings with prospects.
· Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate software offerings.
· Prepare proposals, negotiating prices and close deals.
· Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Generate leads via online platforms, webinars, and email outreach.
· Assist in creating broachers, promotional materials, and digital content.
· Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends.
· Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and virtual events to promote the brand.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated with the ability to meet individual and team targets.
· Willingness to travel locally and outstation (20-25 days/month).
· Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
